Ian Shaw is a British 55 year’s old singer, producer and comedian best known for his jazz genre of music. He started his musical career in 1990 going for Europe tour with singer Carol Grimes followed by many other duo performances. He then started at the Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club working side by on his notable recordings such as

• In a New York Minute (1999)
• Soho Stories (2001)
• A World Still Turning (2003)

He also formed his own “Very Big Band” in 1996 making UK tour and performances in US. He even collaborated with fellow artists like Billy Childs, Mark Murphy, Peter Washington and Claire Martin. He is now active with jazz clubs like PizzaExpress Jazz club, Vortex Jazz Club and Ronnie Scott’s 606 club doing regular shows. As actor, he also made debut playing the role of warm-up man in Jerry Springer: The Opera and also did a film Pierrepoint (2005) as Percy. His most recent work was released in 2016 as The Theory of Joy.
