About Christopher Keyser

Christopher Keyser is working in America as screenwriter and producer who is best recognised for his work in TV series ‘Party of Five’ (1994). He started his career along with Amy Lippman in 1988 landing into their first work as writer for American TV’s legal drama series ‘L.A. Law’ and ‘Equal Justice’. He further worked for projects such as ‘Sisters’ and ‘Eddie Dodd’ from 1991-1996 but major breakthrough came with 1996 Golden Globe Award achiever teen drama series ‘Party of Five’ which was created by both Amy and Keyser in 1994 and that got aired on Fox channel till 2000 completing its six seasons. He also created its spin-off series ‘Time of Your Life’ in 1999 that ended up lasting five months. He further wrote and produced the drama series ‘Significant Others’ which starred Scott Bairstow, Jennifer Garner and Eion Bailey. Some of his other works done by him are

He was born on 21st March, 1960 in Long Island, New York. For studies, he went to Harvard College and Harvard Law School. His interest in theatre and screenwriting work developed during his last two years at Harvard College. It was also the place where he got into contact with his future writing partner Amy Lippman. He finally graduated into law but instead of joining any law firm he went towards career of production and writing.
